I recently recorded an interview with the lovely Kate Northrup on the ups and downs of balancing babies and business.
Kate is such an inspiring and down to earth mama. I’ve been loving her newsletter lately as she’s been talking a lot about motherhood, and I loved finally getting to chat with Kate about balancing motherhood and business.
I love the grace Kate is bringing to this conversation, I think you’ll really like the interview

Plus, if you’re a biz mama looking for more support, grace and connection then I have a great free resource for you…
Kate just released a new training series called The Sustainable Success Workshop for entrepreneurial mothers who want to learn how to grow their businesses (and thrive as women) without just working harder.
This week I’m jumping on a plane to Washington for a secret women’s mastermind (in a castle!)
We were meant to be in Necker Island together with Richard Branson (he’s a little busy helping with hurricane relief in the BVIs), and instead we’re gathering to talk about how we want to show up in the world.
I’m really looking forward to being around women who have similar businesses to me (and hence, similar problems).
This is REALLY important. Crucial.
If you’re only hanging around with people who don’t “get” what you’re going through, you’re going to feel lonely, and sometimes like a weirdo.
That’s why I think it’s important to be in lots of different groups.
I have numerous online mastermind groups for mums, biz, woo-woo, marketing etc. One of the groups I love is with fellow mamas who are also in biz.
Having the support of other business women and mammas is really important to me, for my sanity and for my business. We can talk about marketing and poop in the same breath!
That’s why I’m excited about my interview with Kate this week and why I love her new free training video.
Make sure you check out the Sustainable Success Workshop today.
Love and abundance,
